Milestone-based delivery with a staging environment from week one, regular demos, and code in your repository — not a black box handed over at the end.

Production deployment with CI/CD, monitoring, backups, and a rollback path. Launch is rehearsed on staging so release day is uneventful.

Post-launch stabilisation, then an optional monthly retainer for features, upgrades, and on-call fixes. Handover docs are included either way.

What does an architecture review include?
A review of the codebase, data model, auth, infrastructure, and deployment process, followed by a written report with risks ranked by impact and a concrete, prioritised plan to address them.
What is a fractional CTO?
Senior technical leadership on a part-time basis: owning architecture decisions, the technical roadmap, code review, and hiring, without the cost of a full-time executive hire.
Do you write code as part of consulting?
Reviews and fractional CTO work focus on decisions, design, and guidance. Hands-on implementation can be added as a separate engagement or included in the retainer when agreed.
Can you review our authentication and security setup?
Yes — token storage and rotation, session handling, role-based access, secrets management, and common OWASP risks, with specific fixes rather than a generic checklist.
Do you work with teams outside India?
Yes. Most work is with startups and businesses in India and the UAE (Dubai), with overlapping working hours across both time zones.
