Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how payments work for Parveen Kumar's development, consultancy, and related services. Please read it before making any payment.
Summary: We do not provide official refunds of any kind. All fees paid are final unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a signed written contract (which is rare and not part of standard service). Paid consultancy, advisory sessions, and project work follow the no-refund rules below.
1. Payments
Payments for professional services are processed through authorized payment methods agreed in your proposal or invoice. By paying, you confirm project scope, fees, and that you have read this policy.
Advance payment may be required before scheduling or starting work. This secures your slot and covers planning and delivery costs.
2. Consultancy & Advisory โ No Refunds
The following are non-refundable once booked, time is reserved, or the session has been delivered:
- Tech consultancy and strategy calls
- CTO as a Service and ongoing advisory retainers
- Paid consultation or mentoring sessions
- Any consultancy fee charged as part of a separate agreement
Free startup consultation: The first startup consultation offered on this site is free. No payment is taken, so no refund applies.
3. Development & Project Work โ No Refund After Work Starts
For web, mobile, automation, SEO, and other project-based services: once any project work has started, no refund will be provided. Payments made before work begins are also generally non-refundable once you have committed to the project slot.
- Planning, requirements, or discovery has begun
- Design, wireframes, or prototypes have been created
- Any code, configuration, or deployment work has started
- Time has been allocated or committed to your project
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable under all standard engagements:
- All consultancy, advisory, and paid session fees
- Support, maintenance, or retainer fees once the period has started
- Services purchased at a discounted or promotional rate
- Third-party costs (domains, hosting, licenses, store fees, etc.)
- Delivered work that meets agreed specifications
5. No Official Refund Program
This website and our standard invoices do not include a refund program, money-back guarantee, or cancellation credit. Choosing not to continue a project does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.
If you believe a payment was charged in error (for example, a duplicate transaction), contact us with proof. Verified billing errors may be corrected through the payment provider โ that is a payment correction, not a service refund under this policy.
6. Digital Delivery
All services are delivered digitally (websites, apps, code, documentation, online sessions). Physical shipping and return policies do not apply.
7. Policy Changes
We may update this policy at any time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
