Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Payment Policy

All payments for our development services are processed securely through authorized payment gateways. By making a payment, you agree to provide accurate information and confirm your commitment to the project.

We require advance payment before commencing any development work. This advance payment secures your project slot and covers initial development costs.

2. No Refund Policy - Once Work Started

Once development work has started, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This includes:

• Project planning and requirement analysis has begun
• Design mockups or wireframes have been created
• Any code has been written for your project
• Development environment has been set up
• Time has been allocated to your project

By making payment, you acknowledge and agree that development services are non-refundable once work commences.

3. Refund Eligibility - Before Work Starts

Refunds may be considered ONLY if no development work has started and you meet the following conditions:

• Request within 24 hours: Refund request must be made within 24 hours of payment
• No work commenced: No project planning, design, or development has begun
• Valid reason: Genuine reason for cancellation (e.g., change in business requirements)

Even in eligible cases, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from any approved refund to cover processing costs.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Support Payments: Any support or maintenance fees paid are non-refundable
• Discounted Services: Services purchased at discounted rates cannot be refunded
• Consultation Fees: Paid consultation sessions that have been conducted
• Completed Work: Any delivered work that meets agreed specifications
• Third-party Costs: Domain, hosting, or other third-party service costs
• Administrative Fees: Processing and setup charges

5. Digital Services - No Physical Shipping

All our services are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical products. This includes:

• Website development and deployment
• Mobile app development and publishing
• Source code delivery via digital platforms
• Documentation and project files
• Training and consultation sessions (online)

Since all deliverables are digital, traditional shipping and return policies do not apply.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund (only if eligible), contact us at team@parveenkumarr.info with:

• Subject line: "Refund Request"
• Your full name and contact information
• Payment date and transaction ID
• Payment amount and method used
• Detailed reason for refund request
• Confirmation that no work has started

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, we may consider refunds for:

• Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver agreed services due to our inability
• Technical Error: Duplicate payments or processing errors
• Force Majeure: Circumstances beyond our control preventing service delivery

Each case will be reviewed individually at our sole discretion.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We may also transfer this policy if the business is sold or transferred to new owners.
