Problem
Uhire's hiring operations spanned candidates, recruiters and admins, each needing different views of the same pipeline. Applications, requisitions and recruiter tasks had to live in one system instead of spread across spreadsheets and chats.

Solution
I build the platform as one product with separate surfaces: a candidate portal for registration and applications, an admin HRMS for recruiters, a task system for hiring operations, and AI-assisted matching for requisitions — on Next.js, Node.js and TypeScript.

Live at uhire.tech. The engagement is ongoing, with new workflows shipped incrementally.
Context
Uhire (uhire.tech) is a Noida-based hiring company founded by Reshav Anthal (Director & Founder). I work across the full stack on their recruitment product — candidate login and applications, the admin HRMS, a task system, and the internal tools recruiters use day to day.
