By using this website or engaging me for work, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or my services. How I handle personal data is covered separately in the Privacy Policy.

I provide the following services:

• Custom Web Platforms & SaaS: design and development of web applications, portals, dashboards and SaaS products.
• Mobile Apps: iOS and Android app development and store release.
• Integrations, Automation & AI: payment, messaging, document and third-party system integrations, workflow automation and AI features.
• Cloud, DevOps & Scaling: infrastructure setup, deployment, monitoring and performance work.
• System Design & Technical Leadership: architecture and security reviews, consulting, and fractional CTO engagements.

The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each engagement are set out in a written proposal, quote or agreement accepted by both of us. Where that document conflicts with these terms, the signed document takes precedence.

All services are delivered digitally. I don't ship physical products.

The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and code, belongs to me and is protected by copyright.

For client projects, intellectual property rights in the deliverables transfer to you once the work has been paid for in full, unless the project agreement says otherwise.

When using this website or my services, you agree to:

• use them only for lawful purposes;
• give accurate and complete information for projects;
• keep any account credentials I share with you confidential;
• not interfere with the proper working of the website;
• respect intellectual property rights;
• pay for services as agreed.

Fees are not published on this website. They are agreed per engagement in a written proposal or invoice after we have discussed the scope.

• Advance: paid before work begins, as stated in the proposal.
• Milestones: fixed-scope projects are billed in milestones agreed in the proposal; each milestone is invoiced on completion.
• Retainers: billed in advance for each month of service.
• Reviews and advisory: architecture reviews, consulting sessions and fractional CTO retainers are non-refundable once booked or delivered (see the Refund Policy).
• Payment methods: bank transfer or an authorised payment gateway.
• Third-party costs: hosting, domains, licences, app store fees and API usage are billed to you by the provider or passed through at cost.
• Change requests: work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.

• Digital delivery: work is delivered digitally (code, deployments, documentation and online sessions). There is no physical shipping.
• Timelines: timelines in a proposal are estimates and depend on timely feedback and access from you.
• Revisions: included as defined in the agreed scope.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for:

• indirect, incidental or consequential damages;
• loss of profits, data or business opportunities;
• damage caused by third-party services or content;
• interruptions to the website or its availability;
• unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Haryana, India.

If any part of these terms is held invalid, the rest remains in effect.

I may update these terms at any time; changes take effect when posted here, and the “Last updated” date changes. The terms in effect when a proposal is accepted apply to that engagement. If the business is transferred to a new owner, these terms may be transferred with it.
