Problem
A marketplace has to serve three parties at once — customers, vendors and delivery — and every one of them needs a working product before the others will commit.

Solution
The customer app shipped first, then seller registration and product listing; shipping and the full marketplace follow, so each part comes online in stages rather than in one launch.

Outcome
The customer app is live on Google Play and the App Store, and sellers can register and list products. Courier integration and the full marketplace launch are in progress.
