Computer science at school

Studied computer science from class 6 through 12 — my first exposure to programming and computational thinking.

Learning delivery before code

Coordinated web projects between clients and developers, which taught me scoping, expectations and delivery before I wrote much code myself.

First websites

Learned HTML and began building WordPress sites for small businesses.

Co-founded APJ Development

Co-founded a small web studio focused on WordPress builds.

Pasutam Farm storefront

Built the Pasutam Farm WooCommerce store and a news publication site — and moved into CSS, PHP, MySQL and JavaScript for more complex work.

All-in on engineering

Left my B.Sc. to focus full-time on software.

From January

React, Node.js and Express

Moved from WordPress to building applications with React on the front end and Node.js/Express behind it.

December

Next.js, cloud and deployment

Learned Next.js and started running my own deployments: Linux servers, Docker, Nginx/Apache, SSL, PM2, DigitalOcean and AWS.

Zafari travel app

Built a React Native travel app with an Express + TypeScript API and a React admin panel.

From March

FileMyReturn

Built the income tax filing platform — Next.js, Express and a React admin — and deployed it on cloud infrastructure. It now serves thousands of users daily with peaks at ITR deadlines.

TravelGram marketplace

Delivered a tour package marketplace with vendor management, seasonal pricing and online payments.

Nov 2024 – Feb 2025

Government tender projects

Backend engineer (Node.js/Express) on government tender projects, including hospital software for AIIMS and a UP Police website.

Independent practice

Stepped away from APJ Development and began working independently — role-based admin panels and production deployments on AWS, DigitalOcean and Contabo.

FlexifyUI

Published FlexifyUI, an npm package of UI components and utilities for React and Next.js.

April – May

Everest Developments

Built a corporate platform with catalog and lead capture for a construction and precast concrete company.

July

APJ Development wound down

After the co-founders moved on, the studio was formally closed.

August

Teaching on YouTube

Started a channel teaching Next.js, React, Node.js and production topics.

November

Uhire hiring platform

Started full-stack engineering for Uhire (founded by Reshav Anthal): candidate portal, recruiter HRMS, task system and internal hiring tools. Ongoing.

March

PayRecord

Launched my own offline-first income and expense tracker, live on Google Play and the App Store.

April

Pasutam Dairy app

Shipped the Pasutam Dairy delivery app for Android and iOS — scheduling, order tracking and UPI checkout.

May

AnythingKart

Founded AnythingKart, a multi-category e-commerce platform. The customer app is live on Google Play and the App Store; the web marketplace is in progress.

Focus: systems for India and the UAE

Narrowed my practice to custom, production-grade platforms and system design for startups and businesses in India and the UAE, including real estate in Dubai.
