Which cloud should we use?
It depends on load, budget, team, and compliance. A single well-configured VPS is often enough early on; AWS or GCP make sense when you need managed databases, autoscaling, or specific regions. You get a recommendation with the trade-offs written down.
Can you reduce our cloud bill?
Often, yes. Common savings come from right-sizing instances, caching, fixing expensive queries, and removing idle resources. Changes are measured so you can see the effect.
What does zero-downtime deployment mean in practice?
New versions start alongside the old ones and only receive traffic after passing health checks. If something goes wrong, rollback is a single step and users do not see an outage.
Our app is slow. Where do you start?
With measurement: response times, slow query logs, and resource usage under real traffic. Fixes are prioritised by impact — usually indexes, caching, and N+1 queries before any infrastructure change.
Do you provide ongoing operations support?
Yes, through an optional monthly retainer covering monitoring, upgrades, security patches, backup checks, and incident response.
