We require an advance payment before commencing any project, as specified in our service agreements. This advance payment is non-negotiable and confirms your commitment to the project.

2. Cancellation Policy

Once a payment is completed and a project has commenced, the transaction cannot be canceled. By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree that the service or product provided is non-cancellable.

If you wish to cancel a project before work has begun, you must notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. In such cases, we may, at our sole discretion, refund the advance payment minus a 10% administrative fee.

For ongoing projects, if you wish to terminate the agreement before completion, you will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date, and no refund will be provided for the advance payment.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not provided for completed transactions. By making a payment, you agree that the service or product rendered is final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to digital products, services, consultations, or any other offerings provided through this website.

In exceptional cases, such as a service not being delivered as described or a product being defective, you may contact our support team to discuss the issue. We will review each case individually and determine if a refund or alternative resolution is appropriate.

Any approved refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the payment date or service delivery date, whichever is later. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
